In the Real Estate development space we set the bar thru our process of expert selection, quick closing of properties, expeditious surveying, prep work for platting of the subdivision, and finally marketing the subdivided tracts for sale. Everything we do is in the mindset of turning our capital partners’ investment dollars efficiently, but also intelligently. We work  in all areas of Texas, but we specifically focus on developing assets in areas that have strong school districts, are convenient for buyers to drive to and from and have viable broadband infrastructure within the area of the property.

In the DNA of Windemere is an attitude that no matter the set of hurdles, if a deal is there be made on a property that is going to bring maximum value, then we will make sure that it will get done.  Our model of deal evaluation is not necessarily based on price per acre, but rather on whether it will pass the value-upside test that is required prior to become a Windemere asset. We leverage our industry relationships, as well as those at all levels of government so as to make sure that the Windemere voice is heard by decision makers on any and everything we do.
